Skin Balance Aesthetics Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Skin Balance Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide each client with exceptional service. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we have established the following policies: 1. Late Cancellations (48 Hours or Less): • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service price, charged to the card on file. 2. Late Cancellations (24 Hours or Less): • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the booked service price. 3. No-Call/No-Show: • Failure to notify us and not showing up for your appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the original booked service price to the card on file. This fee cannot be applied toward any future services. 4. Payment of Fees: • All charges will be applied to the card on file at the time of booking. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees are paid in full. 5. Termination of Services: • Clients with multiple no-shows or late cancellations may have their services terminated at Skin Balance Aesthetics. 6. Deposits: • Deposits made at the time of booking will be applied to the booked service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. Right to Refuse Service: • Skin Balance Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. This right will be exercised in compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination laws, ensuring that refusals are not based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
